Blocking Services or Private Lessons

If you've ever finished knitting a lace shawl, you've likely noticed that it comes out looking a little wonky. Or maybe you knit a sweater and the hem didn't lay quite right. That's because knits need to be blocked to make them perfect. We offer a variety of blocking services to whip those knits into shape. You can take a blocking lesson from Susan, our blocking genius, or, if you don't have the time, drop off you're project and we'll block it for you. Whatever route you choose, we know you won't be disappointed.

We were so excited to learn that 2015 is the Year of the Sheep.  In celebration we will be offering a year long series of classes.  We will be offering an original design by Danielle.  If you took our Turkey Day classes you can see her designs are modern, clean and concise. We are so excited to announce, Sabrina, the founder of Anzula Yarns will be coming February 6th and 7th to Knitique. Not only will you have the opportunity to meet Sabrina and her sidekick Logan, but you'll get have the chance to see the entire line of yarns and colors.  You'll have the chance to custom order your perfect combination of fiber and color if Sabrina or Knitique doesn't have it. 

  

Anzula and her team have a full trunk show of garments and accessories for you to be inspired, and we know that many of you will be itching to cast on something new, and need a project to keep you busy while waiting for your custom order.  With that in mind, we are bringing in a variety of wonderful Anzula yarns like For Better or Worsted and Nebula, so you won't have to leave empty handed.
