This week in classes....

Ruffles and Roses

Ruffles and RosesThis is a great project for any knitter and even better to give as a gift. The yarn is an eco alpaca so soft, warm, and comes in all natural colors.
The Rose is what makes this project though. So easy to make and is a great addition to any project. Even if you take the class to learn how to make the rose it would be worth every penny. This is a great rose to add to any bag, or scarf or even on a headband for a great extra something.
Class will be Friday May 27th from 6-9pm and will be $30.00. The materials for this class are two skeins of the eco alpaca and any odds and ends you have in your stash for the flowers as well as a size 9 needle. Please be sure to call ahead to reserve your space (916) 714-7719.

Ez Fair Isle Hat

Ever wondered about how fair isle works? This is a great beginner class into working with two colored yarns at the same time. There is a bit of pre work to do before class this weekend so be sure to start this one early. The class will be this Saturday May 28th from 12 to 3. We look forward to seeing you for this class!

Baby Hats

Next Tuesday May 31st from 11- 1 there will be a beach ball baby girl hat class (featured on the right). This is a great hat made flat with one seam but the yarn is what really makes this hat very cool. Made with one skein of our Bambino Taffy by Be Sweet. This class is a great way to learn some easy lace work as well as easy short rows.

If a baby girl hat isn't what you need to make and you want something for a little boy, we also have a little sunhat pattern (featured on the left). Either one could be made in this class and both are done in the Bambino Taffy yarn. We look forward to seeing you next week.
