were thrilled to report
that the Knitique event raised just over
1,000 Great British Pounds
which is just over $1,600.00 US Dollars
Raffle Prize Winners!
The evening was filled with fun, prizes, cupcakes and
a heart-felt talk by Lisette Davis
about Louisa Harding and her Himalayan Hiking Hat story.
And, of course, there were prizes!
Thanks to the generous donations from Interweave Books
and our store Knitique, A Yarn Boutique
we had a fun raffle prize drawing with fabulous prizes which alone raised $168.00!

The evening also had a special guest appearance by local Designer Lorna Miser. Lorna and Danielle go way back to when Lorna was a hand dyer and created Lorna's Laces.
Lorna gave the ladies a special "sneak peak" at projects from her new books which are at the publishers right now.
